RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Castlecrew Technologies is referred to as "we," "our," and "us''. We are the sole owner of Tabletulips. We want to provide a seamless and intuitive experience to our users (“you”, and “your”). We apologize for any inconvenience caused if you receive a damaged or defective item. Within 48 hours of receiving an item, you can return it or exchange it by contacting our customer care staff. Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive the incorrect item, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. The item must be in good condition and exhibit no evidence of wear or damage in order to be returned. It's critical to save all labels, packing, and invoices to guarantee a smooth return. It might not be possible to process returns if these things are missing. Contact our support service as soon as possible if your item is not delivered in its original condition or with all of its pieces.


The Return Process


To initiate the return procedure, please contact our customer support team. Throughout the procedure, a team member will give you thorough instructions and direction. Within five to seven business days of receiving and verifying the returned item, we will process a refund or exchange.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items


Perishable goods, such as flowers, plants, and personalized items manufactured to order, are not covered by our return policy. Digital products, such as software and e-books, are non-refundable and non-returnable once they are accessed or downloaded. When you make the purchase, you will be informed of any specific restrictions to the stated categories.


Return Shipping 


The user is responsible for paying the shipping charges when returning an item. Should our organization make a mistake, we would gladly cover the cost of return shipment.

 

Refund Method

The original payment method used at the time of purchase will be utilized to handle refunds. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and reviewing the returned item.
